How-to: Pick up your physical Season Pass ID card
After you purchase your Season Pass online, you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF attached. Ensure you have this on hand when you pick up your ID card, so the Guest Services team can quickly scan your confirmation. Ticketing Services is open daily, so we recommend getting your physical Season Pass before your visit to avoid long lines on opening weekend.
Visiting before April 1, 2023, or when the park is not open:
- Head to the Hersheypark parking lot at 100 Hersheypark Drive, Hershey, Pa.
- Look for the parking booth with a green checkmark.
- Continue through the parking lot towards Tram Circle to the area closest to the front gate and The Chocolatier.
- Bring your confirmation email, printed or on your phone, to Ticketing Services, temporarily located inside Hersheypark Supply Co. through March 1, to have your picture taken and Season Pass printed. After March 1, head to Ticketing Services.
- Hours are 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Visiting on days when the park is open:
- Head to the Hersheypark parking lot at 100 Hersheypark Drive, Hershey, Pa.
- Look for the parking booth with a green checkmark.
- Full/King Size Season Pass Pass Holders – show confirmation email to the parking attendant and park in the SPH lot when space is available.
- Bite Size Season Pass Holders – purchase a parking voucher before visiting through the Self-Service Account, show it to the attendant and park in the general parking lot.
- Bring your confirmation email, printed or on your phone, to Ticketing Services to have your picture taken and Season Pass printed.
Tip: If you arrive at the front gate and want to skip the line at Ticketing Services, head straight to the gate for entry. Show your confirmation email PDF with the QR code at the main gate, and once inside Hersheypark, visit an in-park Guest Services location to take a picture and receive your physical Season Pass.
