Rising Premier League star Evan Ferguson is available for selection for Ireland’s game v the Netherlands later tonight.
However, it wasn’t all good news with Chiedozie Ogbene ruled out with injury. The Luton Town player has been performing very well recently and was one of the standout players against Liverpool when his side almost snatched a remarkable win.
Republic of Ireland will be looking to finish their UEFA EURO 2024 qualifying campaign on a high when they take on the Netherlands at the Amsterdam Arena later tonight
Ireland secured a 4-0 win over Gibraltar in the last qualifying match with goals from Evan Ferguson, Mikey Johnston, Matt Doherty and Callum Robinson in Faro.
Ireland are expected to be backed by a sizeable support in the Netherlands with over 2,600 supporters expected to travel to Amsterdam for the match with a sold-out away allocation to finish the campaign.
