Netherlands-based tug and workboat company Herman Senior has acquired all shares of compatriot ST Marine Support, a provider of maritime and offshore services.
The acquisition also includes ST’s three existing vessels and an upcoming newbuild shallow-draught workboat scheduled to be delivered at the end of March 2023.
The acquisition will increase the Herman Senior fleet from eight to 12 vessels. The expanded company will serve customers in Europe, Asia, and South America.
